½ cup chopped basil

½ cup dried tart cherries or cranberries

½ cup feta or goat cheese

 

Dressing

¼ cup olive oil

2 T lemon juice

2 t Dijon mustard

1 t honey

1 medium clove garlic

¼ t salt & pepper
