1 large head of cauliflower (2 pounds) cut into bite sized florets
2 T olive oil
¼ t red pepper flakes
¼-1/2 t sea salt
Roast at 425 degrees 25-35 minutes or longer – until crispy
Green beans with almonds
1 T olive oil or unsalted butter
1 16 oz pkg of thin green beans
5 T slivered almonds
1 garlic clove (optional)
Heat the olive oil
Stir fry the green beans for3 minutes
Add almonds
Stir fry until the almonds are lightly browned
Add ½ t of salt
Stir fried veggies #2(eat yourself skinny)
2 T olive oil
3 garlic cloves minced
Stir fry for 1 minute in a pan at medium high temperature
Add
1 cup sliced carrots
1 lb asparagus (1 bunch) cut into 2 inch pieces
Stir fry for 5 minutes
Add
1 zucchini sliced
1 red bell pepper cut into strips
8 oz mushrooms
4 green onions cut into slivers
Stir fry with carrots and asparagus for another 8 minutes
Add seasonings:
1 t salt
½ t onion powder
¼ t paprika
¼ t pepper
¼ t crushed red pepper
