¼ c soy sauce

3 T light brown sugar

2 T fresh lime juice

½ t black pepper

½ t garlic

¼ c olive oil

1 T toasted sesame oil

¾ pound filet mignon

 

Dressing

¼ c creamy peanut butter

3 T rice vinegar

2 T soy suce

¼ C fresh lime juice

¼ c hot chili paste

2 T honey

1 garlic clove finely chopped

 

 

Salad

1 ounces ramon or lo mein noodles

½ t toasted sesame oil

1 large mango cut into 1” pieces

½ bunch arugala, stems removed, leaves torn

½ bunch watercress

2 medium carrots shredded

2 scallions chopped

2 cups finely shredded cabbage

1 cup cherry tomatores

1 cup avocado

½ c chopped cilantro

½ c torn basil leaves

¼ c torn basil leaves

¼ cup roasted peanuts
