2-3 servings
1 banana (frozen if possible—peel before freezing in a plastic bag)
1 cup frozen blackberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 ¼ cup of milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
Combine into a blender (I recommend one with blades all the way up the center such as ninja)
Blend for 2 minutes or until all fruit chunks are gone
