So, because you “know it is all right to do it” you will be responsible for causing great spiritual damage to a brother with a tender conscience for whom Christ died. And it is a sin against Christ to sin against your brother by encouraging him to do something he thinks is wrong. So, if eating xx is going to make my brother sin, I’ll not eat any of it as long as I live, because I don’t want to do this to him. Corinthians 8:10-13

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the vain glory (inordinate pride in one’s self, vanity) of life, is not of the Father but is of the world.
Brothers and sisters, in view of all we have just shared about God’s compassion, I encourage you to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, dedicated to God and pleasing to Him. This kind of worship is appropriate for you. Don’t become like the people of this world. Instead, change the way you think. Then you will always be able to determine what God really wants- what is good, pleasing and perfect. Romans 12:1-2
